This is a modern home situated in a pleasant area within 5 minutes walking distance of Goodrington Sands Beach. From here you can walk along the coastal footpath which will take you to Paignton in one direction and Brixham in the other.
It is just a 10 minute walk to Quay West Water Park, Torbay Leisure Centre with sports facilities and swimming pool, and Goodrington Railway Station where you can embark on a Steam Train Ride to Dartmouth
A nine hole Pitch and Putt Golf Course with Driving Range is only a few minutes walk from the house, as are local shops and a pub which offers excellent pub food.
Torquay, with it's pavement cafes and nightlife, is just 4 miles away. Other local attractions include Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, and Kents Cavern.
There is also a Driveway for off road parking.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with a built-in gas hob and oven, washing machine, fridge, dish washer, toaster etc.
The family bathroom with a fully-fitted white bathroom suite is located on the ground floor.
